A blast happened on Thursday in a building in downtown Kunming City, capital of China's Yunnan Province. The blast started in a room on the second floor of a seven-storey building, China's News Agency (Xinhua) reported. There were residents inside the building when the blast happened, according to the police. Casualties remain unknown.
