Powerful tornadoes tearing across the southern and south-western United States have killed at least 10 people, emergency officials in thestates of Arkansas and Oklahoma reported late Sunday.The Arkansas Department of Emergency Management reported eight storm-relatedfatalities, while an official with the Oklahoma Emergency Management Agency saidthere were at least two tornado victims in their state.
