– Seventy-eight people were injured in 161 accidents that occurred across the Kingdom in the last 24 hours, according to the Civil Defence Department (CDD).
A CDD statement said its medics had also tackled 357 medical emergencies countrywide.
The CCD has said it elevated its readiness level over the Eid Al Fitr holidays.
