The law enforcement forces of the Third Field Army continued during the past hours, in cooperation with the air force, to target terror hideouts in North Sinai.
Military spokesman Colonel Tamer El Refai said in a statement Monday that the forces managed to liquidate seven dangerous takfiri elements including two terror leaders.
He said that 14 hideouts containing material used making explosive charges, camouflages, walkie-talkies, computers arms and ammunition were seized.
According to Colonel Refai, four vehicles and four motorbikes were destroyed and a tunnel was discovered.
The measure is part of efforts by the armed forces to combat criminal and takfiri elements to eliminate criminal cells, said the spokesman.
