A total of seven people were killed in the collapse of a 6-meter-high and gravel-filled wall in a village in Tachileik, northeastern Shan state of Myanmar, official media reported Monday.
Triggered by heavy rain on Sunday, the wall collapse destroyed some two houses and the victims included two couples and their children, it said.
Rescue work has been underway by the local authorities, the report added.
