6 Killed in Afghan market blast

An official in northern Afghanistan says a bomb planted on a motorcycle exploded in a market, killing six people.
Police spokesman Sarwar Hussaini said Monday that the blast struck a crowded market in Dashti Archi district. He said five people were wounded in the attack.
The blast comes a day after a suicide bomber attacked a volleyball tournament in Paktika province, killing at least 50 people, AP reported.
