Five people were killed and one injured in a head-on collision between a car and anoil tanker at Antalya Port crossing Thursday morning.It was reported that when the driver of a car on Akdeniz Boulevard lost control of the car, it collided with an oil tanker waiting at a red light.The oil tanker and the car caught fire as a result of the collision.Five passengers in the car were killed when they failed to escape the fire while theoil tanker driver was taken to hospital with sustained injuries.The firefighters extinguished the flames and removed the bodies of the victims from the scene.An investigation was launched shortly after the incident.
