Twenty-five people have been killed and 350 others were injured in clashes between anti-government protesters and police in the capital Kiev, the Ukrainian Health Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.The Interior Ministry said nine police officers were among the dead.Ukraine President Viktor Yanukovich accused the opposition of crossing the line by taking arms against security forces.Yanukovich and opposition leaders are expected to hold a meeting to contain the situation.
