Colombia jungle

Colombia Civil Aviation authority said Sunday that a small airplane carrying 10 passengers crashed in the Amazon jungle after taking-off from an airport in the southern department of Caqueta.
“The aircraft was located—fragmented and incinerated—10 kilometers from the urban center of the town of Puerto Santander … It is possible that no passengers will be found,â€‌ the Civil Aviation Authority said in a statement.
“Specialized rescue personnel are currently in a search and rescue mission for the bodies of the occupants of the aircraft,â€‌ the unit added.
Colombian authorities have not found the two crew members or eight passengers flying aboard the plane, and have assumed there are no survivors.
