One person has been trapped under rubble during a collapse at the construction site of the Agriculture, Food, and Animal Breeding Ministry building in the early hours of Monday.
Efforts by the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency to rescue Huseyin Sayan, a watchman, are ongoing.
Eyewitnesses said that Sayan was checking an underground leak when the accident happened about 4 a.m. local time (0100GMT), causing a collapse in the area where the leakage was.
