TP Mazembe forward is a free agent Cairo - Arabstoday Egyptian giants al-Ahly have announced that TP Mazembe striker Deo Kanda will undergo a medical at the club this week, before completing a possible move. "Deo Kanda will arrive in Cairo on Tuesday's night and undergo some medical tests this week," read a statement on the club's official website. The 23-year-old, who has terminated his contract with TP Mazembe due to financial differences, scored against Ahly in last year's Champions League. Ahly are looking to strengthen their front line due to a shortage of strikers, with only Emad Meteb, Ahmed Abdel-Zaher and el-Sayed Hamdy being available to coach Hossam el-Badry.
