Interior Minister Abdul-Qader Qahtan met here on Thursday with Chargé d'affaires of Iraqi embassy in Yemen Khaled al-Mashhadani. During the meeting, Qahtan and al-Mashhadani reviewed cooperation relations and security coordination between Yemen and Iraq and ways of enhancing them. The Interior Minister stressed Yemen's keenness to strengthen cooperation relations with Iraq in all areas, including security. The Iraqi diplomat expressed appreciation of the facilities provided by the Yemeni Interior Ministry to the Embassy of Iraq, underlining his country's keenness to enhance cooperation with Yemen in the security field.
