H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, is heading the U.A.E. delegation to the Second Donors Conference for Syrian People to be held in Kuwait on Wednesday. The U.A.E. delegation includes Sheikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Minister of Development and International Co-operation, Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Obaid bin Humaid Al Tayer, State Minister for Financial Affairs and Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemi, Minister of State.
