Lebanese Mufti Mohammed Qabani, who has been trapped for two hours by protesters during the funeral of a victim of the Friday bombing, has been released by the Lebanese army. The Lebanese army secured the release of the mufti, who was trapped inside the mosque by young protesters believing he was close to Hezbollah. A car bomb hit Beirut on Friday, killing former finance minister Mohammed Chatah along with six other people. Dozens of other people were wounded in the blast, which officials said involved about 50-60 kilograms of explosives.
