Maronite Patriarch, Beshara Boutros Rahi, urged on Sunday all the political forces and parliamentary blocs to surmount obstacles during the cabinet formation and to issue a new electoral law in a bid to reactivate the work of State Institutions. 

Rahi, whose words came during a mass service in Bkirki, called on the warring states in the Middle East to stop their wars and to find political solutions rather than fighting each other. 

During the sermon, Rahi also hoped for the return of all the refugees and displaced people to their homelands.
