Tamarood Campaign rejected a newly-issued law on protests, the campaign spokesperson Hassan Shahin said on Sunday. The campaign urged earlier the National Council for Human Rights to amend two articles in the law in order to allow anybody to protest, Shahin said, adding that authorities have the right to deal with any protests derailed from its peacefulness . The Presidency on Sunday issued a 25-article law regulating protests, public gatherings and processions.
