Qatari Amir Shaikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani today held a phone call with Yemeni President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi and offered him condolences on the victims of the terror blast which hit the Defence Ministry in Sanaa recently. The Qatari leader strongly condemned the criminal act, denouncing all forms of violence.
