Polling stations have opened across Alexandria, Egypt's second-largest city, as three million voters in the coastal city are set to vote in the constitutional referendum. The voters in Alexandria will vote in 17 polling stations. The voters will cast their ballots amid high security measures by police and armed forces. The new charter aims to replace the constitution passed under deposed president Mohammed Morsi.
