The government of oil-rich Kuwait resigned on Monday following a bitter dispute with opposition MPs, lawmaker Khaled al-Sultan said. \"The Kuwaiti cabinet has resigned and the resignation has been accepted by the emir,\" the Islamist opposition MP told reporters outside parliament.
