A man drowned off a Gaza City beach early Friday, Palestinian medics said. Ahmad Al-Yazagi, 21, went swimming at dawn, and his dead body was discovered this morning and transferred to the city's Dar Ash-Shifa hospital, medics said. Al-Yagazi if the fifth person to drown off Gaza's shores since the summer heat began in June. Authorities have reminded Gaza residents that lifeguards watch the waters only from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and urged them to respect these swimming times.
