Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah received a letter from his UAE counterpart Sheikh Abduallah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan tackling bilateral relations between both countries in all fields, besides shedding light on the latest regional and international developments, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
