The Government will "totally adhere" to verdicts of the just Kuwaiti judiciary, affirmed the Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs on Monday. In a statement to KUNA, Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, also the Minister of Health, said that following the Constitutional Court ruling with respect of electoral contestations, "the aloft Kuwaiti judiciary will always remain the sincere reference and safe haven for settling matters which we may differ over." The Constitutional Court, earlier today, rejected contestations as to soundness of National Assembly elections, held in July. The tribunal also stripped members of the Parliament, Maassouma Al-Mubarak and Osama Al-Tahoos, of their National Assembly membership. Moreover, it belatedly declared Abdelhameed Dashti and Nabil Al-Fadhel as winners of the Parliament membership.
