The joint force started a while ago its deployment in the neighborhood of Tiri in Ain Hilweh refugee camp, followed up by the political leadership in the region of Sidon. 
The meeting, which was held at the Palestinian Unions' Center affiliated to "the Palestinian Liberation Organization" in Sidon, ended with an agreement "to withdraw all armed manifestations to secure a safe deployment of the joint force in the neighborhood of Tiri."
