Israeli occupation authorities decided today to open the Karam Abu Salem crossing for the entry of dozens of truckloads with goods, aids, cooking gas and fuel into Gaza Strip. Head of the Coordination Committee for entry of goods in the Gaza Strip Raed Fattouh said that the Israeli side informed him that they will allow the entry of 200 trucks loaded with goods for only commercial, agricultural sectors and aids in addition to limited quantities of transportation fuel and cooking gas. Karam Abu Salem is the only commercial crossing where goods and fuel enter to Gaza Strip. The crossing is closed every Friday and Saturday by the Israeli authorities.
