Cairo - KUNA
The Egyptian authorities reopened Rafa crossing on the borders with Gaza Strip on Tuesday. More than 330 Palestinians, mainly students and patients who were stuck on the Gazan side of the border for several days, have been able cross into Egypt, while some 50 Palestinians have returned to Gaza from Egypt. Palestine Embassy in Cairo said in a statement quoted by media here the crossing will remain open until Sunday. The Palestinian government in Gaza voiced concern that the repeated closures of the crossing could prevent about 5,000 Palestinian students, workers and patients from renewing their residency permits abroad
