The ministry of interior said on Tuesday that police forces were deployed to secure all ballot stations nationwide. "Police forces have been deployed in coordination with the armed forces to ensure that voting goes on safely and smoothly," Media officer at the interior ministry Ayman Helmi told MENA. "We are committed to render the referendum process a success since it is a decisive point in the nation's history," added Helmi.
