Death toll in clashes that erupted between police and supporters of the banned Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt today increased to a new surge of eleven and 52 injured, it was reported here.Dr. Kamel Ahmed, Media Counselor of the Ministry of Health of Egypt, said in a statement that four have been killed in Cairo Province, two in each of Alexandria, Al-Fayoum and Al-Ismailia provinces and one in Bani Swaif province while 45 are still receiving treatment in hospitals for their injuries after seven were discharged.
