Cautious calm prevailed in Tripoli, in North Lebanon, this morning after a heavy night of clashes where rocket-propelled grenades were used, according to Lebanese News Agency (NNA). Nine individuals were killed and 71 were wounded overnight. Traffic in Tripoli is not back to its normal pace, and most of the shops, schools and universities did not open their doors as usual, NNA added.
