President Abdulaziz Boutaflika of Algeria today made a wide-range reshuffle of the country\'s governors. A presidential statement said the reshuffle included the appointment of ten new governors and transfer of nine from one province to another out of the country\'s 48. According to the reshuffle, Ahmed Adli, the Governor of Gardaya Province, was appointed Secretary General of the Ministry of Interior.
