Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) met an Egyptian military delegation, led by the Assistant Chief of Staff of the Egyptian Air Force Major-General Abu Al-Majd Ahmed Haroun, currently on a visit to the kingdom to take part in the 11th meeting of High Bahraini-Egyptian Military Cooperation Committee. Shaikh Khalifa welcomed the results of the meeting aiming to consolidate joint defence and military cooperation and coordination between the BDF and the Egyptian armed forces. Director of the BDF General Command\'s Court Major-General Yusuf Ahmed Al-Jalahma and Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations major-General Dheyab Saqr Al-Nuaimi attended. During the joint committee meeting, co-chaired by the Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations major-General Dheyab Saqr Al-Nuaimi, from Bahrain and Major-General Abu Al-Majd Ahmed Haroun, from Egypt, the two sides discussed ways of strengthening joint military cooperation and coordination, as well as a number of joint military projects.
