Bahrain and Morocco have signed a memorandum of cooperation to promote training and vocational development programmes. Bahraini Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Ghanim bin Fadhl Al-Bouainain sealed the deal with Delegate-Minister for Public Service and the Modernization of the Administration Mohammed Mabdea.
