Head of the culture, media and antiquities at the House of Representatives MP Osama Heikal said that article 80 of the bill of institutional organizations for media and press will be cancelled. 

The article stipulates imprisoning or fining members of the supreme council for media regulation and the national institutions for press and media. 

This came during Heikal's meeting with senior media men and journalists at the House of Representatives.
