Egyptian tycoon Ahmed Bahgat was banned Wednesday from travelling to Khartoum for being placed on the travel ban list. Security officers at Cairo International Airport notified Bahgat of the decision. Bahgat was surprised by the decision as he was getting his travel documents ready. Bahgat was allowed to leave the airport as the ban is a measure that does not require making an arrest
