At least 100 people were killed in Syria yesterday, activists say. Most of the victims are from Damascus, Rif Dimashq and Aleppo, the activists told Sky News. Armed opposition forces were able to control the Canadian Hospital in Aleppo after three weeks of siege, the activists said. They could also steal a tank and some ammunition, the activists added.
