Seven people were killed in a car bomb near a bridge in the international road between Baghdad and Amman, said the Iraqi police Wednesday. An Iraqi police official told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the incident occurred near a checkpoint in Al-Ratba city west of Al-Anbar Province, adding that among the dead were four policemen and three truck drivers. The official also noted that the explosion led to the injury of a policeman and caused a part of the bridge to collapse.
