The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) said that the number of people killed by Syrian security forces hit 51 on Friday, most of them in Deraa, Aleppo and Damascus countryside. Syria has been gripped by deadly unrest since 2011. More than 100,000 people have been killed and millions displaced due to the turmoil that has gripped Syria for over two years.
