Fifty-one suspects were arrested Saturday in Upper Egypt Minya Governorate over charges of staging protests without security permission and riot acts. Among the arrested are 46 members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group. The rioters involved in attacking security forces, and setting fire in tires during their protests refusing the referendum on the amended constitution, due to be held on January 14-15.
