Tehran - FNA
Jordan security officials confirmed that they have arrested three Salafi militants they believe have direct link to the Al-Nusra Front in Syria. The three men, identified as security risks by Jordan officials were apprehended last Saturday as they were on their way to Daraa in Syria, Islam Times reported. Keen to crackdown on Muslim Sunni radicals, the Jordanian authorities have conducted a series of mass arrests in Amman, Zaraq and Irbid. About 20 militants were as a result prevented from entering Syria where they planned on joining militia groups.
