Sino-Arab center for reform, development studies launches 1st training session

The Sino-Arab center for reform and development studies launched on Thursday its first training session for top Arab officials that will last until April 30, the Egyptian general consul said.

In statements to MENA, Khaled Youssef said representatives from the Chinese ministries of foreign affairs and education attended the event alongside municipal government representatives and a number of Shanghai leaderships.

The training session is meant to post top Arab officials on the Chinese expertise, especially in the field of good governance and administration methods.

The training session focuses on studying China, its foreign policy as well as its experience in developing education.

He noted that the training session is attended by 24 high-ranking officials from several Arab countries, including the UAE, Algeria, Jordan, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine, Libya, Tunisia, Yemen, Sudan, Djibouti, Oman, Comoros and Egypt.
