The National Dialogue Technical Committee is finally ready to submit its final report to Yemeni President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi, who will receive the National Dialogue Committee’s report on Wednesday. The President will then set a date to start the dialogue, an initiative set up by the Gulf Cooperation Council to reach a political settlement in Yemen.   It took the committee 63 meetings to set up the conditions of the National Dialogue. Faction leaders in south Yemen are still undecided as to whether they will participate in the dialogue or not. There is still a possibility that southern leaders could boycott the dialogue in order to reclaim their independence.
