Sudan's Umma Party reiterated its rejection of cooperation with the opposition alliance, saying their visions are not the same. In statements on Tuesday, spokesperson of Umma Party's political office Abdul Hamid al-Fadl said his party will accept the road map of the alliance only if it conforms with the new national charter and after the restructuring of the alliance as proposed by the party. Al-Fadl said the alliance wants to make use of Umma Party's grassroots all over Sudan, calling for everyone to draft a national constitution in which everyone can participate without any exclusion. After noticing the alliance's stances towards his party, the President of Umma party has boycotted the meetings of the alliance, al-Fadl said. Source: MENA
