The Syrian warplanes on Wednesday launched air raids on the outskirts of the Lebanese Arsaal town located near the borders with Syria. Bakr Al-Hajiri, a reliable source at Arsaal municipality, told MENA that the Syrian planes launched intensive raids on remote areas in the town, with no reports yet on any injuries. He noted that the shelled areas are located on the borders with the mountainous Syrian areas of Qalamoun where Lebanese farmers are planting cherry trees, adding that such areas are being used as shelters by the Syrian militants.
