Sudanese ministry of welfare and social security announced on Tuesday a package of social projects for the vulnerable sectors to reduce the economic impact on them during Ramadan.
The package includes the support of 390,000 vulnerable families, introduction of 150,000 family under the umbrella of health insurance, support for 100,000 university students, financial grant for pensioners, and cash support from Zakat Chamber for families this year.
Meanwhile, State Minister, Ibrahim Adam, emphasised the importance of social responsibility, noting that the third conference of the social responsibility will be held in mid-July, under the auspices of the first vice president.
