Khartoum - Abedalgoum Ashmeag
Sudan’s Foreign Ministry Undersecretary, Rahmat-Allah Mohammed Othman, has claimed his country will continue to fight perceived Ugandan hostility, following an opposition summit held there in January.
Othman revealed to Arabstoday it had already filed complaints with international organisations, including the Organisation for Islamic Cooperation [OIC], after Sudanese opposition groups signed their New Dawn Charter which called for the overthrow of President Omar al-Bashir.
Sudan’s ruling National Congress Party [NCP] spokesman, Badreddine Ibrahim, also revealed the country’s intention to reduce Uganda’s diplomatic presence in Khartoum.
