Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry will start a European tour next week including Russia and Estonia.
He will hold talks with officials there on means of boosting bilateral relations along with regional and international issues of common concern, said Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid.
Shoukry will first visit Russia carrying a message from President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to Russian President Vladimir Putin on promoting bilateral relations, added the spokesman.
Shoukry will discuss with his Russian counterpart coordination and cooperation over several regional and international issues of joint interest including fighting terrorism, he added.
Shoukry will head later for Estonia on August 22 carrying a message from president Sisi to Estonian President Kersti Kaljulaid on means of promoting bilateral relations, he pointed out.
