Security checkpoint

Unidentified gunmen threw an improvised explosive device at a security checkpoint in Tripoli on Sunday killing a policeman and injuring five others, according to local sources.
The checkpoint had been manned by a Libyan militia allied to the government known as Fajr Libya, the sources, requesting anonymity, told KUNA.
The nation has experienced a turbulent security situation ever since the ousting of former leader Muammar Al-Qadhafi in 2011.
