President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Sunday issued a presidential decree appointing a number of ambassadors at the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry.
The list included Egypt's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ambassador Amr Abul Atta, who would return to the headquarters as of November 9.
