Interim president Adly Mansour met Wednesday with International Quartet Committee Envoy Tony Blair to discuss a number of regional and international issues, atop of which comes the Middle East peace process. Blair congratulated Mansour on the endorsement of Egypt's new constitution, presidential spokesman Ehab Badawy said.
