The Libyan army troops have stormed the house of Nouri Al-Sharkasy who is the commander of Al-Somoud (Steadfastness) battalion belonging to the Benghazi Shura Council's militants in the city of Benghazi.
The troops found documents and deposit vouchers worth millions of dollars, said Al-Monzer Al-Khartoush, the spokesman for battalion 309, which raided the house.
For weeks, Benghazi has witnessed intense fighting as forces loyal to the internationally recognized government battle extremist groups.
