Lebanese authorities foiled a plot to kidnap Kuwaiti nationals in Bhamdoun Al Dayaa in Lebanon on Friday. The accused intended to blackmail the Kuwaitis for money. Security officials were able to arrest one of the plotters, Syrian Mohammad Ali Hassan and are searching for the others. Meanwhile, Arab Today received information about another incident where three unknown gunmen intercepted a car, threatened the driver with death before forcing him out of the vehicle and driving away. The incident follows another similar robbery and grand theft auto in Bekaa.
